Accessibility Statement

Updated June 2026

At Giglo we are committed to providing an equal, accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make our website and app accessible in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998) and its regulations, and with Israeli Standard SI 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines.

1. Level of accessibility

The site is built to meet the WCAG 2.0 Level AA guidelines as far as possible. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review and improve it regularly.

2. Accessibility widget (UserWay)

The site includes a UserWay accessibility widget that lets you personalize your experience — enlarge text, adjust color contrast, highlight links, stop animations, navigate by keyboard and more. Open the accessibility menu via the accessibility icon in the corner of the screen.

3. Adjustments made

Among others: semantic page structure, full right-to-left (RTL) support for Hebrew and Arabic, keyboard navigation, alternative text for key images, and readable color contrast.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts — such as interactive maps and third-party content — may not be fully accessible. We are working to fix this and welcome feedback that helps us improve.

5. Contacting us about accessibility

Ran into a difficulty or an accessibility issue? Our accessibility coordinator, Gal Harel, is here to help. Email us at support@giglo.ai and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
